Yield: 4 servings
|These are also very good made with mozzarella cheese.|
|4 eaches||Onion buns|
|4 teaspoons||Butter, softened|
|⅔ cup||Cranberry sauce|
|1½ cup||Turkey stuffing|
|6 ounces||Cooked turkey, chopped|
|4 eaches||Green onions, chopped|
|1 tablespoon||Dijon mustard|
|Salt and pepper|
|1½ cup||Shredded cheddar cheese|
Split onion buns and butter. Broil until just golden. Spread cranberry sauce over buns. Crumble stuffing over cranberry sauces.
In bowl, combine the turkey, onion, mustard and season with salt and pepper to taste. Fill buns and sprinkle cheese over top. Broil until cheese is melted and bubbling. Makes 4 servings. Origin: Canadian Living, December 1994. Shared by: Sharon Stevens, Dec/94.
