|1 tablespoon||Olive oil|
|1 \N||Clove garlic; crushed|
|4 \N||Turkey breast fillets|
|1 \N||Onion; chopped|
|1 \N||Red pepper; sliced|
|1 \N||237 gram can chopped tomatoes; (8.1oz)|
|2 tablespoons||Tomato puree|
|6 \N||Black olives; halved|
|\N \N||Salt and freshly ground black pepper|
|2 tablespoons||Freshly chopped parsley|
1. Heat the oil and fry the garlic, turkey breasts and onion for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 2. Add the pepper, tomatoes, tomato puree, olives and seasoning and cook for a further 4-5 minutes. Transfer to a warmed serving plate and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley.
