Tuna with water chestnuts

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can (10-oz) tuna in spring water; drained
1 cup Chopped celery
1 can (8-oz) water chestnuts; drained and sliced
1 can (6-oz) pitted black olives; drained and sliced
1 Green onion; chopped
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 Squeeze of lemon
1 dash Salt
1 dash Garlic salt
1 can (3-oz) Chinese noodles

Mix all ingredients except Chinese noodles. Just before serving, sprinkle with noodles or serve over noodles. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
