Tuna with water chestnuts

Ingredients

| 1 | can | (10-oz) tuna in spring water; drained |
| 1 | cup | Chopped celery |
| 1 | can | (8-oz) water chestnuts; drained and sliced |
| 1 | can | (6-oz) pitted black olives; drained and sliced |
| 1 | Green onion; chopped | |
| 1 | cup | Mayonnaise |
| 1 | Squeeze of lemon | |
| 1 | dash | Salt |
| 1 | dash | Garlic salt |
| 1 | can | (3-oz) Chinese noodles |
Directions
Mix all ingredients except Chinese noodles. Just before serving, sprinkle with noodles or serve over noodles. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
