Measure | Ingredient |
---|---|
1 can | (10-oz) tuna in spring water; drained |
1 cup | Chopped celery |
1 can | (8-oz) water chestnuts; drained and sliced |
1 can | (6-oz) pitted black olives; drained and sliced |
1 | Green onion; chopped |
1 cup | Mayonnaise |
1 | Squeeze of lemon |
1 dash | Salt |
1 dash | Garlic salt |
1 can | (3-oz) Chinese noodles |
Mix all ingredients except Chinese noodles. Just before serving, sprinkle with noodles or serve over noodles. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
