Tuna mushroom mornay

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
60 grams Butter or margarine
2 \N Onions; sliced
2 tablespoons Plain flour
1 cup Milk
1 can Tuna; drained
1 can Mushrooms in sauce

Melt butter and saute onions until soft but not brown. Add flour and fry for a few minutes. Stir while gradually adding milk. When smooth add drained tuna and mushrooms. Warm through and serve with rice.
