Tuna mushroom mornay

| 60 | grams | Butter or margarine |
| 2 | Onions; sliced | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Plain flour |
| 1 | cup | Milk |
| 1 | can | Tuna; drained |
| 1 | can | Mushrooms in sauce |
Directions
Melt butter and saute onions until soft but not brown. Add flour and fry for a few minutes. Stir while gradually adding milk. When smooth add drained tuna and mushrooms. Warm through and serve with rice.
