2ouncesSalmon; diced
2ouncesShrimp
2tablespoonsMushrooms
1teaspoonGreen onion; chopped
1teaspoonOlive oil
4ouncesHeavy cream
1ounceGrated Parmesan cheese
1ounceChardonnay
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Saute onions and mushrooms in olive oil. Add scallops, shrimp and salmon.

Saute until seafood begins to curl. Splash with white wine. Add heavy cream and bring to a boil. Add parmesan cheese till it thickens. Serve in casserole topped with chopped parsley.
