Seafood saute mornay

| 2 | ounces | Salmon; diced |
| 2 | ounces | Shrimp |
| 2 | tablespoons | Mushrooms |
| 1 | teaspoon | Green onion; chopped |
| 1 | teaspoon | Olive oil |
| 4 | ounces | Heavy cream |
| 1 | ounce | Grated Parmesan cheese |
| 1 | ounce | Chardonnay |
| Salt and pepper to taste | ||
Directions
Saute onions and mushrooms in olive oil. Add scallops, shrimp and salmon.
Saute until seafood begins to curl. Splash with white wine. Add heavy cream and bring to a boil. Add parmesan cheese till it thickens. Serve in casserole topped with chopped parsley.
