Tuna mousse #5

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 packs Plain gelatin
½ cup Water
8 ounces Cream cheese
1 can Cream of celery soup
1 cup Chopped celery
1 cup Chopped onion
20 ounces Tuna; drained
1 cup Mayonnaise
Parsley
Crackers

In double boiler, dissolve gelatin in water. Add cream cheese; stir until melted. Add soup, celery, onion and tuna. Remove from heat; add mayonnaise; pour into greased mold (or I use Pam spray). Chill several hours or overnight. Turn out; garnish. Serve with wheat crackers. Note: This makes a huge amount. I generally make only half.
