Tuna melt

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Chunk white tuna in water; drained
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise;
1 Egg; (OR EGG SUB)
¼ cup Milk;
4 slices Swiss cheese;
4 slices Wheat bread;

Directions

Combine chuck white tuna with mayonnaise. Beat together egg and milk and set aside. Place a slice of swiss cheese on each 2 slices of bread whole wheat bread. Spread each piece of bread with tuna mixture, then add another slice of swiss cheese, then rest of tuna mixture. Top each sandwich with another slice of whole-wheat bread. Place each sandwich in the egg-and-milk mixture for 2 minutes, then turn and soak the other side. Melt 2 tb unsalted butter in skillet. Cook sandwiches, cover for 3 minutes; then and cook uncovered for 3 more minutes. Serve with pickles and potato chips.
