Tuna and tomato pasta

Ingredients

| 425 | grams | Tin tuna (in springwater) |
| 1 | Finely chopped onion | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Minced garlic |
| ½ | medium | Capsicum diced |
| 8 | mediums | Mushrooms sliced |
| 410 | grams | Tin tomatoes chopped |
| 4 | tablespoons | Tomato paste |
| 1 | teaspoon | Mixed herbs |
| pinch | Basil, salt and sugar | |
Directions
Saute onion and garlic until transparent, then add capsicum and mushrooms and fry until soft. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, herbs, basil, salt and sugar, and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Lastly add the drained tuna and simmer for a further 10 minutes.
This pasta suace can then be used on any preferred type of pasta.
