1 teaspoon | Minced garlic |
½ medium | Capsicum diced |
8 mediums | Mushrooms sliced |
410 grams | Tin tomatoes chopped |
4 tablespoons | Tomato paste |
1 teaspoon | Mixed herbs |
\N pinch | Basil, salt and sugar |
Saute onion and garlic until transparent, then add capsicum and mushrooms and fry until soft. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, herbs, basil, salt and sugar, and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Lastly add the drained tuna and simmer for a further 10 minutes.
This pasta suace can then be used on any preferred type of pasta.
