Tuna & tomato pasta

Measure Ingredient
425 grams Tin tuna (in springwater)
1 Finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon Minced garlic
½ medium Capsicum diced
8 mediums Mushrooms sliced
410 grams Tin tomatoes chopped
4 tablespoons Tomato paste
1 teaspoon Mixed herbs
pinch Basil, salt and sugar

Saute onion and garlic until transparent, then add capsicum and mushrooms and fry until soft. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, herbs, basil, salt and sugar, and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Lastly add the drained tuna and simmer for a further 10 minutes.

This pasta suace can then be used on any preferred type of pasta.
