Tuna and tomato salad

8 smalls Sweet; ripe tomatoes,
; washed and sliced
½ Red onion; thinly sliced
120 grams Canned tuna in oil; drained and flaked
2 tablespoons Olive oil; (2 to 3)
1 teaspoon White or red wine vinegar
Few leaves fresh basil; or chopped fresh
; parsley
Salt and pepper

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together, leave to stand for about 10 minutes before serving.
