Tuna and pasta salad

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
12 ounces Tuna in water, drained and flaked
2½ cup Rotini pasta, uncooked
1 cup Frozen green peas, thawed and cooked
1 cup Celery, sliced
½ cup Bell peppers, chopped
½ cup Onions, chopped
1 cup Fat-free mayonnaise
3 tablespoons Lemon juice, bottled
½ teaspoon Thyme
⅛ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Black pepper



Cook rotini according to package directions. Rinse with cold water and drain. To prepare salad, combine tuna, rotini, peas, celery, bell peppers, and onions in a mixing bowl. Mix well. To prepare dressing, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Gently stir mixture into salad. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
