Tuna top tomato

Ingredients

4largesTomatoes - cut horizontally
Into halves
½cupBisquick mix
½cupShredded Swiss cheese
¼cupMayo
2largesEggs
2Green onions (with tops)
Sliced thinly
1packFrozen chopped broccoli,
Thawed and drained well
ounceCan tuna, drained

Directions

Preheat oven to 400.

Spray 9 x 9 inch pan with non stick vegetable oil. Place the tomatoes cut side up in the pan.

Mix remaining ingredients. Spread that mixture evenly on the cut side of each tomato half.

Bake uncovered until topping is puffed and golden brown. About 20 minutes.
