Warm tuna-pasta salad

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Water
16 ounces Frozen broccoli, -- (1
Package)
Rotini pasta, peas, and red
Peppers
With Parmesan cheese
Seasoning
⅓ cup Nonfat sour cream
Alternative
6½ ounce 60%-less-salt tuna in water
(1 can) drained

Combine water and broccoli mixture in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat to medium-high, and cook 6 minutes, stirring once.

Remove from heat. Add nonfat sour cream alternative and tuna to broccoli mixture, and toss well. Yield: 3 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
