|16 ounces||Frozen broccoli, -- (1|
|Rotini pasta, peas, and red|
|With Parmesan cheese|
|⅓ cup||Nonfat sour cream|
|6½ ounce||60%-less-salt tuna in water|
|(1 can) drained|
Combine water and broccoli mixture in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat to medium-high, and cook 6 minutes, stirring once.
Remove from heat. Add nonfat sour cream alternative and tuna to broccoli mixture, and toss well. Yield: 3 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
