Tuna/salmon squares

Yield: 9 Servings

Measure Ingredient
14 ounces Tuna in water; or 1 can salmon
2 tablespoons Flour
¾ cup Bread crumbs; or matzo meal
4 \N Eggs; beaten
½ cup Mayonnaise; imitation (or less)
1 \N Onion; minced
½ cup Tomato sauce
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Oregano
½ teaspoon Basil

preheat oven to 350 Mix together tuna, flour, bread crumbs, eggs, mayonnaise and onion. Pour into a 9x9 pan Top with tomato sauce and spices Bake 45-60 minutes
