Tropical fruit cup

Ingredients

½cupWhipped topping
¼cupSweetened condensed milk
½teaspoonLime rind; grated
2tablespoonsFresh lime juice
1dropGreen food color
1cupPapaya; diced
1cupMango; diced
1cupPineapple; diced
cupShredded coconut; toasted

Directions

Combine papaya, mango and pineapple. Spoon into a cup or meringue bowl.

Combine whipped topping, milk, rind, juice and food color. Pour over fruit.

Top with toasted coconut.
