Yield: 10 Servings
|½ cup||Whipped topping|
|¼ cup||Sweetened condensed milk|
|½ teaspoon||Lime rind; grated|
|2 tablespoons||Fresh lime juice|
|1 drop||Green food color|
|1 cup||Papaya; diced|
|1 cup||Mango; diced|
|1 cup||Pineapple; diced|
|⅓ cup||Shredded coconut; toasted|
Combine papaya, mango and pineapple. Spoon into a cup or meringue bowl.
Combine whipped topping, milk, rind, juice and food color. Pour over fruit.
Top with toasted coconut.
