Tropical fruit cup

Yield: 10 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Whipped topping
¼ cup Sweetened condensed milk
½ teaspoon Lime rind; grated
2 tablespoons Fresh lime juice
1 drop Green food color
1 cup Papaya; diced
1 cup Mango; diced
1 cup Pineapple; diced
⅓ cup Shredded coconut; toasted

Combine papaya, mango and pineapple. Spoon into a cup or meringue bowl.

Combine whipped topping, milk, rind, juice and food color. Pour over fruit.

Top with toasted coconut.
