½ cup | Lemon yogurt |
1 teaspoon | Honey |
⅛ teaspoon | Cinnamon |
3 larges | Ripe peaches; halved, pitted |
1 cup | Fresh raspberries |
1 cup | Fresh blueberries |
In a small bowl, combine yogurt, honey and cinnamon; blend. Spoon 1 tablespoon yogurt mixture onto each serving plate. Top each with peach half, cut side up; spoon raspberries and blueberries over peach halves. Drizzle with remaining yogurt mixture.
Makes 6 servings.
