|2 \N||Florida pink grapefruit|
|1 small||Star fruit; sliced|
|1 \N||Red apple; cored and sliced|
|1 \N||Kiwi fruit; peeled, halved and|
|\N \N||; sliced|
|2 ounces||Strawberries; hulled and sliced|
|2 tablespoons||Freshly squeezed Florida pink grapefruit|
|\N \N||; juice|
|1 tablespoon||Sesame seeds|
|\N \N||Freshly ground white pepper|
|1 pinch||Freshly grated nutmeg|
|\N \N||Fresh sprig of mint to garnish|
1. Cut each grapefruit in half through the centre then using a small sharp knife carefully cut out the halved segments, leaving the membranes in the shell.
2. Place the grapefruit segments in a bowl and toss together with the star fruit, apple, kiwi fruit, strawberries, Kirsch and grapefruit juice.
3. Using a grapefruit spoon, scoop out any remaining membrane from the shells and discard. Spoon the fruit mixture back into the shells.
4. In a small bowl combine the sesame seeds, pepper and nutmeg and sprinkle over the fruit. Garnish with a fresh sprig of mint and serve well chilled.
