Tomatoes sauce

Measure Ingredient
6 pounds Ripe tomatoes
1 pounds Onions
3 \N Cloves Garlic
1 \N Chilli
1 teaspoon Black pepper ground
2 \N Good pinches coarse salt
½ teaspoon Ground ginger
1 cup Brown sugar.
2 cups Vinagar

Peel & tail tomatoes, finely chop onions & tomatoes, add all the other ingredients. Simmer for 2 hours, let cool then puree & re-boil sauce and bottle.

Is great with Ribs, Pork roast, chicken and smoked fish.
