Tomato salsa (herb thymes)

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Tomatoes
¼ \N Capsicum
1 small Onion
3 \N Fresh basil leaves; or 4
\N \N Fresh parsley
½ \N Chilli; de-seeded

Finely chop all ingredients, and combine in a small bowl.

Serves 2. Approx 45 Cal or 189 Kj per serve.
