Tomatillo salsa

Ingredients

| 2 | Cloves garlic, finely chopp. | |
| ¼ | cup | Pickled jalapenos, chopped | 
| 2 | tablespoons | Fresh cilantro, choppped | 
| 1 | can | Tomatillos (13 oz.), drained | 
| Pinch of sugar | ||
Directions
Chop each ingredient by hand.  Combine the ingredients, taste, and adjust the seasonings.  Allow to stand for at least 30 min. for flavors to blend.
Moderately hot--excellent with chips--bean burritos--served with tacos, added to guacamole--whatever!! Yield:  Approx. 1¼ cups.
