Tomato balsamic dressing - homemaker's

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Cloves garlic
2 mediums Tomatoes
¼ cup Balsamic vinegar
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
2 tablespoons Olive oil
2 tablespoons Fresh basil; chopped

1. In blender, chop garlic.

2. Cut tomatoes in half and squeeze out seeds. Add to garlic and blend until pureed.

3. Add vinegar, salt and pepper and blend a few seconds. Blend in oil. Stir in basil.
