110 oz packag green peas; frozen, thawed
1Red onion; chopped
24 oz cans green chiles; chopped
¼cupCilantro
1cupCelery; thinly sliced
cupWhite wine vinegar
¼cupOlive oil
2Tbl water
Salt and pepper

Do use this ratio for the dressing. Try seasoned vinegar too.
