Two-bean salad

Measure Ingredient
1 can Cannellini beans
1 can Garbanzo beans
½ cup Chopped red onion
4 Cloves minced garlic
3 Scallions
3 tablespoons Olive oil
4 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
Salt & black pepper

Mix together in large bowl cannellini & garbanzo beans. Add onion, garlic & scallions. Drizzle on olive oil & vinegar. Season with salt & black pepper.

Approximately 6-10 minutes.
