Measure | Ingredient |

4 \N | Bays english muffins; split, lightly toasted |
8 \N | Thin slices tomato |
4 ounces | Grated cheddar cheese |
4 slices | Bacon; cooked crisp and crumbled |
3 tablespoons | Hot jardiniere (mixture of marinated vegetables and peppers; found in the pickle aisle) |
Top each toasted muffin half with slice of tomato, grated Cheddar, crumbled bacon and jardiniere. Broil just until cheese is melted, 1 to 2 minutes.
Serve warm.
