Texas tomato melts

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Bays english muffins; split, lightly toasted
8 \N Thin slices tomato
4 ounces Grated cheddar cheese
4 slices Bacon; cooked crisp and crumbled
3 tablespoons Hot jardiniere (mixture of marinated vegetables and peppers; found in the pickle aisle)

Top each toasted muffin half with slice of tomato, grated Cheddar, crumbled bacon and jardiniere. Broil just until cheese is melted, 1 to 2 minutes.

Serve warm.
