Texas soup

Yield: 1 farm meal

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Ground meat
1 cup Onion; chopped
1 \N Garlic clove
28 ounces Can whole tomatoes
1 \N Can whole kernel corn
4 ounces Can green chilies, chopped
2 cups ;water
\N \N Env beef broth (can?)
\N \N Chili powder
\N \N Bay leaf
3 xes Zucchini; sliced

In large pan, cook beef, onion, and garlic until beef is brown.

Drain off fat. Add tomatoes, corn, chilies, water, broth, chili powder, and bay leaf. cover and simmer 20 minutes. Add zucchini and simmer until zucchini is tender.
