Ingredients

| 2 | Bay leaves | |
| 3 | larges | Onions |
| 2 | cans | (28 oz) tomatoes |
| 7 | Cloves garlic | |
| 1 | medium | Bell pepper; diced |
| 3 | teaspoons | Ground cumin |
| 2 | cans | (12 oz) tomato paste |
| 3 | teaspoons | Cayenne pepper |
| 1 | can | (28 oz) chili beans |
| 1 | tablespoon | Red pepper flakes |
| 3 | ounces | Canned jalapeno peppers |
| 5 | tablespoons | Chili powder sliced |
Directions
Brown beef, onions, and bell pepper. Add garlic. When browned add rest of the ingredients except beans and jalapenos. Simmer for 2 hours. Add beans and jalapeno peppers and simmer for one hour longer.
