½cupTomato juice
Salt
A pinch of cayenne
1teaspoonChili powder

Directions

: Put the meat through a food chopper and mix in the onions. To the tomato juice, add the salt, cayenne, and chili powder.

Combine the meat, onions and tomato juice and cook until throughly blended and the mixture reaches the boiling point. Stir constantly.

Cool or serve hot.

Makes two cups and lasts in the refrigerater for 2 weeks. Jeannie Allen
