| 1 tablespoon | Vanilla |
| 1 cup | Salad Oil |
| 1 cup | Pecans |

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour sheet pan and set aside. Mix all ingredients together; pour mixture onto sheet pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Garnish with a light dusting of powdered sugar.
