Texas orange cake

Ingredients

| 4 | Eggs | |
| ½ | cup | Vegetable oil |
| 11 | ounces | Mandarin oranges with juice |
| 1 | large | Vanilla instant pudding |
| 15 | ounces | Crushed pineapple & juice |
| ½ | cup | Half & half |
| 12 | ounces | Cool Whip |
| 1 | cup | Coconut |
Directions
TOPPING
Beat eggs, oil and oranges together. Add cake mix. Beat until thick.
Bake in greased and floured 9x13" pan for 35-45 minutes at 350~F.
Cool.
Topping: Mix pudding and pineapple; beat until thick. Add half and half; beat again. Place on cooled cake. Cover with Cool Whip and sprinkle with coconut. Refrigerate.
