Yield: 12 Servings
|1 pack||Yellow cake mix|
|½ cup||Vegetable oil|
|11 ounces||Mandarin oranges with juice|
|1 large||Vanilla instant pudding|
|15 ounces||Crushed pineapple & juice|
|½ cup||Half & half|
|12 ounces||Cool Whip|
Beat eggs, oil and oranges together. Add cake mix. Beat until thick.
Bake in greased and floured 9x13" pan for 35-45 minutes at 350~F.
Topping: Mix pudding and pineapple; beat until thick. Add half and half; beat again. Place on cooled cake. Cover with Cool Whip and sprinkle with coconut. Refrigerate.
