½ cup | Vegetable oil |
11 ounces | Mandarin oranges with juice |
1 large | Vanilla instant pudding |
15 ounces | Crushed pineapple & juice |
½ cup | Half & half |
12 ounces | Cool Whip |
1 cup | Coconut |
TOPPING
Beat eggs, oil and oranges together. Add cake mix. Beat until thick.
Bake in greased and floured 9x13" pan for 35-45 minutes at 350~F.
Cool.
Topping: Mix pudding and pineapple; beat until thick. Add half and half; beat again. Place on cooled cake. Cover with Cool Whip and sprinkle with coconut. Refrigerate.
