½cupVegetable oil
11ouncesMandarin oranges with juice
1largeVanilla instant pudding
15ouncesCrushed pineapple & juice
½cupHalf & half
12ouncesCool Whip
1cupCoconut

Directions

TOPPING

Beat eggs, oil and oranges together. Add cake mix. Beat until thick.

Bake in greased and floured 9x13" pan for 35-45 minutes at 350~F.

Cool.

Topping: Mix pudding and pineapple; beat until thick. Add half and half; beat again. Place on cooled cake. Cover with Cool Whip and sprinkle with coconut. Refrigerate.
