Shark steaks

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Shark fillets or steaks
Salt and pepper
dash Paprika
½ cup Butter
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Season fish fillets to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with paprika. Melt butter in saucepan. Add lemon juice. Place fish on broiler rack. Gently pour lemon-butter over fish.
