Shark teriyaki sorta

Yield: 3 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Shark steak
1 tablespoon Teriyaki sauce
1 teaspoon Honey
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
3 tablespoons Margarine; melted
1 Garlic clove; minced
1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Place fish in one of those hinged wore grills sprayed with Pam, etc.

Combine remaining ingredients and baste fish. Cook 4 to 6 inches from moderately hot coals for 4 to 5 minutes. Baste with sauce and turn.

Cook for another 4 to 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily,
