Yield: 4 Servings
|¼ cup||Soy sauce|
|¼ cup||Asian sesame oil|
|¼ cup||Dry sherry or rice wine|
|3||Green onions; chopped|
|3||Garlic cloves; chopped|
|1 teaspoon||Grated fresh ginger; may be doubled|
Combine in the order listed. Marinate for up to 2 to 3 days.
Use on any meat, poultry or fish, but it's especially good for little chicken drummettes.
