|8 ounces||Cooked rice|
|1 teaspoon||Diced onion|
|1 teaspoon||Diced carrots|
|1 teaspoon||Diced green onion|
|1 teaspoon||Soy sauce|
|\N \N||Salt and pepper to taste|
Directions: Toast the garlic, ginger and apple bacon in a wok with a little oil. Add the cooked rice to the wok and fry the cooked rice. Add the onion, carrots and green onion and continue to cook. Scramble the egg in a bowl and add to the rice and vegetables. Toss to cook. Add the butter, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Toss in wok and serve.
