Teppan yaki fried rice

½ teaspoon Garlic
½ teaspoon Ginger
½ teaspoon Smoked apple bacon
8 ounces Cooked rice
1 teaspoon Diced onion
1 teaspoon Diced carrots
1 teaspoon Diced green onion
1 \N Egg
½ teaspoon Butter
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
\N \N Salt and pepper to taste

Directions: Toast the garlic, ginger and apple bacon in a wok with a little oil. Add the cooked rice to the wok and fry the cooked rice. Add the onion, carrots and green onion and continue to cook. Scramble the egg in a bowl and add to the rice and vegetables. Toss to cook. Add the butter, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Toss in wok and serve.
