Tarragon cider sauce

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Apple cider
¼ cup Vinegar
¼ cup Green onion, sliced
2 tablespoons Butter
2 tablespoons A-1 (tm) Steak Sauce
2 tablespoons Honey
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Tarragon, dried, crushed
¼ teaspoon Pepper

Directions

In saucepan combine cider, vinegar, green onion butter, steak sauce, honey, salt, tarragon and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes stirring occasionally. Use to baste fish or poultry during last 15 minutes of grilling. Heat and pass remaining sauce. Submitted By GRANT AMES On 03-17-95
