In a 1½ quart saucepan combine ingredients. Bring to boil; simmer, uncovered 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Use as a meat marinade or to baste chicken, beef, pork or fish last 15-20 minutes of barbecuing. Heat & pass remaining sauce.
