Parsley-tarragon sauce

| 3 | tablespoons | Fresh parsley, chopped |
| 1 | teaspoon | Fresh tarragon (or 1/2 t. dried) |
| 3 | tablespoons | Vegetable broth |
| ½ | teaspoon | Lemon juice |
Directions
Wisk all together and serve with cooked vegetables or salad greens.
