Tapioca fruit salad

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can (large) fruit cocktail
1 can Pineapple chunks
2 cans Mandarin oranges
2 \N Boxes tapioca pudding mix
1 cup Miniature marshmallows
½ cup Whipped cream -or-
1 pack Dream Whip topping
1 can Green grapes; optional

Drain fruits, reserving liquid. Measure 3 cups of juice & add pudding mix.

Cook until clear & thick; cool. Add fruit & marshmallows. Fold in whipped cream. Chill overnight.
