Yield: 4 Servings
|1 tablespoon||Vegetable oil|
|⅓ cup||Dijon mustard|
|1 tablespoon||Worcestershire sauce|
|2||Garlic cloves, pressed|
|1½ teaspoon||Hot sauce|
Cut skin on chicken diagonally at ½ inch intervals.
Combine oil and next 5 ingredients in a heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag; seal and chill 2 hours, turning occasionally.
Remove chicken from marinade, reserving marinade. Place chicken on a lightly greased rack in a broiler pan; drizzle evenly with reserved marinade.
Bake at 375øF for 40 minutes or until done. Broil 3 inches from heat (with electric oven door partially open) 2 minutes on each side or until crisp.
