In a saucepan, combine onion, honey, garlic, 2 tablespoons of oil, catsup and tomato paste.
Add Worcestershire sauce, chili sauce and Five Spice Powder and simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. In a blender or food processor, process mixture to a smooth paste. Add remaining oil and stir well.
Arrange chicken in a roasting pan. Brush with marinade and let stand 1 hour. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400'F. (205'C.). Bake chicken in preheated oven 35-40 minutes, turning and brushing frequently with marinade juices. Serve hot or cold, garnished with watercress sprigs and lemon slices, if desired.
