¼cupChopped onion
1teaspoonSalt
1teaspoonMustard
¼cupFine crumbs

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Shape ⅓ to ½ cup of meat mixture around metal or wood skewers. Roll drumsticks in ½ cup of fine crumbs.
