Picnic drumsticks

Measure Ingredient
⅓ cup Butter or margarine
⅓ cup Crushed saltines
1 cup Peeled, chopped cucumber
1 cup Sour cream
1½ teaspoon Chopped fresh chives
2 eaches Tb onion soup mix
8 eaches Chicken legs
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Dill weed

CHICKEN

DIP

Heat oven to 350~. In 13X9" pan, melt butter in oven. Stir together the saltines and onion soup mix. Dip chicken into melted butter, then coat with crumb mixture. In same pan, place chicken legs, sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Bake 45-55 minutes of until fork tender. Meanwhile, stir together all dip ingredients. cover; chill at least 1 hour.
