Sylvie's salad dressing

Yield: 24 servings

Measure Ingredient
12 ounces Plain yogurt
6 ounces Light olive oil
1 \N Juice of lemon
1 tablespoon Brown mustard
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
\N \N Salt to taste
\N \N Pepper to taste
\N \N Various herbs

Mix all ingredients together. It should be the consistency of ranch dressing. If too thick, thin with more oil.

Makes approximately 1-½ cups, or about 24 servings.
