Savory salad dressing

¼ | cup | Red wine vinegar |
¼ | cup | Water |
¼ | cup | Soy sauce |
Dash Tobasco sauce |
Directions
Combine in jar, shake, allow to sit for a few hours.
From the New McDougall Cookbook I usually double the dressing recipe, put one recipe on the salad, and put the rest on the table for people who like extra. You can always use it on something else.
