Swiss steak #2

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup All-purpose flour
2 teaspoons Garlic powder
¼ teaspoon Black pepper
3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
1 pounds Cube steak; cut in 4 pieces
1 cup Onions; quartered and sliced
1 can (14.5-oz) stewed tomatoes; no salt added

In bowl, combine flour, garlic powder and black pepper. Dredge steak in flour mixture. In skillet, add steak to hot oil; brown steak on both sides; add onions and continue cooking until onions are tender. Add stewed tomatoes and simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until steak is cooked through. Serve with hot noodles. Serves 4.
