Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
½cupAll-purpose flour
2teaspoonsGarlic powder
¼teaspoonBlack pepper
3tablespoonsVegetable oil
1poundsCube steak; cut in 4 pieces
1cupOnions; quartered and sliced
1can(14.5-oz) stewed tomatoes; no salt added

Directions

In bowl, combine flour, garlic powder and black pepper. Dredge steak in flour mixture. In skillet, add steak to hot oil; brown steak on both sides; add onions and continue cooking until onions are tender. Add stewed tomatoes and simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until steak is cooked through. Serve with hot noodles. Serves 4.
