1½ pounds | Round steak |

\N \N | Salt & pepper |
\N \N | Oil |
1 medium | Bell pepper; chopped |
1 \N | Onion; chopped |
1 can | (14-oz) tomatoes |
2 cans | (8-oz) tomato sauce |
1 cup | Water |
3 cups | Cooked rice |
Cut steak into small bite-size pieces. Salt & pepper. Roll in flour & fry in a small amount of oil until brown. Remove steak from pan & saute bell pepper & onion in remaining oil until tender. Drain oil. Add cut-up tomatoes, tomato sauce & water. Put steak back in & simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve over rice.
