Ingredients

| 1½ | pounds | Round steak |
| Flour | ||
| Salt & pepper | ||
| Oil | ||
| 1 | medium | Bell pepper; chopped |
| 1 | Onion; chopped | |
| 1 | can | (14-oz) tomatoes |
| 2 | cans | (8-oz) tomato sauce |
| 1 | cup | Water |
| 3 | cups | Cooked rice |
Directions
Cut steak into small bite-size pieces. Salt & pepper. Roll in flour & fry in a small amount of oil until brown. Remove steak from pan & saute bell pepper & onion in remaining oil until tender. Drain oil. Add cut-up tomatoes, tomato sauce & water. Put steak back in & simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve over rice.
