Swirl top casserole

Ingredients

¼cupButter or margarine
4tablespoonsFlour
2cupsMilk
2Hard boiled eggs
1teaspoonPrepared mustard
1Chicken; cooked and cut into bite-size pieces (or about 3 c. diced chicken)
¼teaspoonMinced onion
¼teaspoonCelery salt
½cupChopped olives; (adjust measurement to your liking of olives)
2cupsBisquick prepared according to package for biscuits
¾cupGrated cheese

Directions

TOPPING

Melt butter or margarine in saucepan. Mix in flour until smooth; gradually add milk and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Remove from heat and gently fold in remaining ingredients. Pour into 2-quart casserole dish.

Prepare biscuits; roll out to ¼- inch thick. Sprinkle with cheese and roll up like jelly roll. Cut into ½-inch slices and place on top of casserole.

Bake at 400 degrees until brown. Serves 6 with seconds or 8 single servings.
