|¼ cup||Butter or margarine|
|2||Hard boiled eggs|
|1 teaspoon||Prepared mustard|
|1||Chicken; cooked and cut into bite-size pieces (or about 3 c. diced chicken)|
|¼ teaspoon||Minced onion|
|¼ teaspoon||Celery salt|
|½ cup||Chopped olives; (adjust measurement to your liking of olives)|
|2 cups||Bisquick prepared according to package for biscuits|
|¾ cup||Grated cheese|
Melt butter or margarine in saucepan. Mix in flour until smooth; gradually add milk and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Remove from heat and gently fold in remaining ingredients. Pour into 2-quart casserole dish.
Prepare biscuits; roll out to ¼- inch thick. Sprinkle with cheese and roll up like jelly roll. Cut into ½-inch slices and place on top of casserole.
Bake at 400 degrees until brown. Serves 6 with seconds or 8 single servings.
