2 | Hard boiled eggs |
1 teaspoon | Prepared mustard |
1 | Chicken; cooked and cut into bite-size pieces (or about 3 c. diced chicken) |
¼ teaspoon | Minced onion |
¼ teaspoon | Celery salt |
½ cup | Chopped olives; (adjust measurement to your liking of olives) |
2 cups | Bisquick prepared according to package for biscuits |
¾ cup | Grated cheese |
TOPPING
Melt butter or margarine in saucepan. Mix in flour until smooth; gradually add milk and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Remove from heat and gently fold in remaining ingredients. Pour into 2-quart casserole dish.
Prepare biscuits; roll out to ¼- inch thick. Sprinkle with cheese and roll up like jelly roll. Cut into ½-inch slices and place on top of casserole.
Bake at 400 degrees until brown. Serves 6 with seconds or 8 single servings.
