Ingredients

½cupBrown sugar; packed firm
2tablespoonsCornstarch
½cupOrange juice
¼cupMelted butter
Salt to taste (up to)
5mediumsSweet potatoes; peeled & sliced

Directions

Combine sugars & cornstarch. Blend well. Stir in orange juice, butter & salt. Simmer over low heat, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened.

Place potatoes in a lightly-greased 2-quart casserole dish. Pour orange sauce over potatoes. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Yields 6 servings.
