Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Sugar |
| ½ | cup | Brown sugar; packed firm |
| 2 | tablespoons | Cornstarch |
| ½ | cup | Orange juice |
| ¼ | cup | Melted butter |
| Salt to taste (up to) | ||
| 5 | mediums | Sweet potatoes; peeled & sliced |
Directions
Combine sugars & cornstarch. Blend well. Stir in orange juice, butter & salt. Simmer over low heat, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened.
Place potatoes in a lightly-greased 2-quart casserole dish. Pour orange sauce over potatoes. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Yields 6 servings.
