Measure | Ingredient |

½ cup | Sugar |
½ cup | Brown sugar; packed firm |
2 tablespoons | Cornstarch |
½ cup | Orange juice |
¼ cup | Melted butter |
\N \N | Salt to taste (up to) |
5 mediums | Sweet potatoes; peeled & sliced |
Combine sugars & cornstarch. Blend well. Stir in orange juice, butter & salt. Simmer over low heat, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened.
Place potatoes in a lightly-greased 2-quart casserole dish. Pour orange sauce over potatoes. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Yields 6 servings.
