Sweet and sour make ahead

Measure Ingredient
1 \N 3pound chicken uncooked
16 ounces Bottle sweet and sour sauce
1 \N Envelope onion soup
1 cup Peach or apricot preserves
1 \N Can drained pineapple chunks
