|2 cups||Cucumbers, thinly sliced|
|1 cup||Onions, thinly sliced Dressing:|
|1 tablespoon||Honey or sugar|
|½ teaspoon||Dill weed|
|¼ teaspoon||Coarse black pepper|
Salad: Place 2 cups of thinly sliced cucumbers into a bowl. Sprinkle lightly with ½ tsp salt. Let stand for at least 30 minutes. Drain well and add 1 cup thinly sliced onions. Dressing: Combine together - vinegar, water, honey or sugar, dill weed, and pepper. Toss over vegetables. Chill for one hour before serving.
