Sweet and sour pork

½cupDark corn syrup
1poundsPork, cut into 1 inch pieces
15ouncesCan of chunk pineapple
½cupGreen pepper
¼cupVinegar
2tablespoonsCatsup
2tablespoonsSoy sauce
1Minced clove of garlic
2tablespoonsCorn starch

Directions

Brown pork in corn oil. Add pineapple, corn syrup, vinegar, catsup, soy sauce, and garlic. Bring to a boil. Simmer 10 minutes. Mix corn starch and 2 tablespoons of water; add to pork with green pepper. Boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Serve over rice. Randy Rigg
